Stayed in the flat to wait for the parcel and suddenly received a notification that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. They also claimed they left a card which is a lie because no one came to deliver my parcel today. Tried to call customer service but it was useless as there wasn’t an option to talk to an actual human being.
