Uncontactable and demanding incorrect payments

I’m new to Barclays and already have cause to complain because they insist on taking a payment that they themselves admit was not in the mortgage offer or terms and conditions. I spent 4 hours in a hold queue and still didn’t get to talk to anyone. Impossible to contact so impossible to discuss the complaint. I really regret becoming a Barclays customer. The whole mortgage application was a nightmare.
