Poor service

According to their website, you can open an isa at a local branch if you are not already a customer - wrong. Declined in branch, you do need an appointment ! Attempted to book one, none for at least a month. They suggested opening a current account then adding an isa once a customer. So my id was verified as ok for an isa but then rejected for a current account. What a shambles. No wonder the smaller challenger banks are taking over. Avoid at all costs.
