Trying to transfer an ISA from Barclays

Trying to transfer an ISA from Barclays to another provider for 5 months!! It was supposed to take 30 working days. So many mistakes and frustrations and I still only have half the money. This is for my mother’s care home fees. Can I give less than 1 star? Minus minus minus score. Reduce me to tears in almost every of my many many many calls to them. Their system is BROKEN and they clearly don’t care and have no empathy at all for families.
