Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I had a problem with my Cap and they told me I should send it to their repair lab in Italy. After 8 months (!!) and several emails I'm still waiting for it. Every email they send you sound like a robot wrote it (just: thank you and we will forward your mail to the to the appropriate department). They can't communicate at all, I didn't get the slightest information what happenend to my Cap or why it takes so long. And you have no possibilty to talk with someone except through their client service mail address where every message is just the same indifferent copy paste. Totally disappointing and unprofessional.
