Went to use account this morning has been deactivated.
Have done what asked and updated details, still deactivated.
Have been on phone for over hour now.
Not good enough.
Will most likely be changing banks if I can't even get through to a bank who is mainly online, phone.
And why deactivate accounts I clearly use every day.
