Don't Use their website to purchase!

Tried purchasing a pair of Alexander Mcqueen shoes, charged the amount from my credit card, next day I get an email they have not my size, i ask for a replacement ... 2 weeks no reply , asked again I was told I would get a refund, it's been a month since then I haven't heard back!
Total SCAM!
