Terrible service from a premium

Terrible service from a premium company. I have always bought from companies that sell Alexander McQueen but seen these trainers and thought I love them. Well what a joke, stated delivery 4th August and rang 3 times, got 3 different answers and now told I have to wait 10 days in total. A big company like this need sorting or avoiding not happy at all and do not reply to emails
