Repair Delays

If I could repair this watch at another Watchmaker I would. Cartier has had the watch since June and each month I call, last Approximate date 9/30/22, we are waiting on another part !! The follow up and service is not what you would expect of this product. If you can repair locally I would!! Do not send to Dallas !!
