Repeated rude behaviour.

I've contacted Cartier customer service via phone and chat through the website on several occasions, and each time the rep was so dismissive and rude I felt as though I'd done something wrong. I don't need to be a Cartier customer, I've never been treated poorly or like a nuisance at other luxury jewelers, and after repeated bad experiences I won't be a Cartier patron again.
