Bought my wife a ring for Mother’s

Bought my wife a ring for Mother’s Day/her birthday. Unfortunately got it a size too small, so sent it back for a bigger size. Got an email back saying there were several small abrasions, when my wife tried it on and put it back in the box, and that’s it. Reading down the reviews, it looks like this happens with everyone. Must not be as quality of a product as you claim and charge for. This better be corrected for free. What a joke.
