Useless and Incompetent

Useless - go elsewhere - if you need to call you will wait at least 60mins as a minium. Then the call centre staff are unable to resolve. I bank with others also and am just horrified at the incompetence. I made a formal complaint - the acting staff member failed to read my complaint and just waffled on with the response. DO NOT BANK WITH CBA...will close accounts
