Endless delivery time

I have been waiting for delivery for several months now. The parcel has been sitting in London since the 20th of December and nothing has happened since then. I have contacted support several times with the promise of a reply within 48 hours, in neither case have I received a reply. They do not respond to complaints either. They don't even deserve that one star. Absolutely incompetent company. My advice, definitely avoid them if you want your shipment to ever be delivered.
