Terrible customer service

I ordered an item through Amazon to be delivered to a friend who is on deployment. This company repeatedly sent alerts stating it needed more information to deliver the item. I tried multiple times a day for a week to contact this company to resolve the issue and was never able to reach a customer representative to speak with. I stayed on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
