The worst bank in Australia.
Terrible customer service and they treat their clients with a woeful lack of faith and trust.
I haven’t missed a loan payment my whole life but when I tried to take equity out of my home they made things so hard for me I feel let down and deflated.
DO NOT use ING. Honestly - they are the worst!!! Plenty of better banks out there!
