2 months later NO REFUND - cancelled trip.
I am still awaiting my refund for a flight cancelled by the airline in December. I called in February from the UK and the operator mentioned there were no actions since I raised the refund request in December 2021. Unfortunately the amount is well over £1000 and was taken in a period of the year when it's commonly known that people have less money available due to family and kid presents - learnt my lesson and will never fly with them again.
