Terrible experience

Terrible experience. It’s day 26 since I ordered the product from Fendi online store still no updates on the order. Basically they took the money and never shipped the shoes. I’ve been calling North American customer service for 3 weeks now and they been saying issue has been escalated. They don’t know who or which department. Be aware before buying anything from their online store that you will be left alone if any issues.
