Delivery is dreadful

Delivery is dreadful, I ordered clothing 3 days ago and because it was after 12 noon the order won’t be processed till the next day.. still no update 2 days later, a very slow service. I wouldn’t use them again. The longer I wait for it the less I appreciate it, takes the joy out of shopping online for luxury goods.
