I wish there was a zero.
I ordered a bag for my son online for start of school. They sent me the a faulted product which was not same as in the picture. They don't even compensate for their own faults. Considering I am buying a luxury brand I definitely would not consider D n G as luxury now I would prefer to pay few bucks extra for an A brand like Gucci. Very poor resolution team considering i have to face the inconvenience.
