I will NEVER order from esteelauder.com. again.
While I do love their products, their customer service is HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY and something is broken in their customer service dept. I wasted 5 hours of my time trying to resolve an issue with my order. They repeatedly keep saying they will take care of it and they don't. Stressful!!!
