Poor customer service discount not received

Ordered foundation entered the code they sent for discount, never honoured discount even though I added it correctly, and joined there scheme, emailed and called and customer service unhelpful, said I never joined the scheme but added points and then said they would delete the account so none of that makes sense, won't use them again.
