Terrible Givenchy Service

I was gifted Givenchy shoes and after wearing them twice, the heel got of the shoe. I contacted Givenchy and the rep said there was nothing they could do without the receipt. They are not even willing to receive the shoe and check authenticity, nor have they directed me to any selling point to bring it to or offered me another alternative. How disappointing!
