I have had good experiences with Louis Viutton purchasing directly from their stores. However since it was close to the holiday I opted to order a never full pocketbook online with expedited shipping UPS. I received my order with an empty gift box inside with no product. I am still trying to resolve. For expensive purchases,I would recommend video taping the unboxin of your order.
