The most terrible shopping experience

I placed an order three months ago and they charged my credit card at that time. During the 3 months waiting time, no one contacted for the bag availability until I contacted them after waiting for over 2 months. Then they told me that the bag is sold out. They hold my money for 3 months and I spent 3 months waiting time for nothing. And they never come up with any solutions for that!!
