No customer care or support

Purchase was accepted, email of confirmation, funds taken from my account and then I received another email stating it had been cancelled without reason. I have sent 4 emails asking for what reason it had been cancelled and I am still waiting for a reply. Plus the funds have still not been returned 5 days later.
