Cancelling orders with no explanation

Ordered four items at a discount price offered and received an order confirmation via ralphlauren.eu. After 3 days order was suddenly cancelled with no reason. Contacted customer service telling me it was because item was out of stock (its not - still available online). Then, second answer after approaching them again, they tell it was cancelled because a price error. Conclusion: Unreliable service and online offers you cannot trust.
