Refund / customer service nightmare

In common with a lot of other experiences recently reported on Trustpilot I am finding the Ralph Lauren refund process beyond frustrating. In my case it has taken nearly 4 weeks for my return package to be finally processed, and they have failed to refund the money despite emailing that they have done it.

Customer Service are hopeless, everything gets referred to a back office team who are supposed to respond within 2 days but never do. All in all very disappointing, after many years as a customer I will not be using them again.
