To get refund is nightmare

I bought puffer jacket online, when I received it, I send it back on the same day, because it just doesn't fit. Later I checked tracking number and it showed that item was delivered back a week ago, but I didn't received any email that refund process was started. I text to customer service they never respond me back. I would never buy again from them, because they are wasting my time, to get a refund is like nightmare. Now I opened case by Paypal I hope they sort it out.
