Terrible quality

I thought this is supposed to be a premier jeweller. I thought that would mean the quality would be really good. This is not the case at all. I purchased a gift for my daughter the famous double tag Tiffany pendant and chain. What terrible workmanship the clasp was soldered in place and couldn’t be opened. You would think there would be a rigorous quality check done before it’s sold on the shop floor. Obviously this is not the case. To make things worse the customer service at the white city(Westfield) store was terrible. I don’t know why people spend so much money on such awful quality jewellery.
