Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, felt like i shouldn’t have been there and I was a burden. No communication, just a very rude point at my food. Food was good, service is bad. I understand if it’s busy and can be stressful however I was the only person ordering food. Ordered a sundae, and was rudely told they weren’t doing them, however they were still on the kiosk and I over heard they couldn’t be asked to make it.
