Nightmare of a company

Got my flight cancelled 5 times. Eventually ended up asking for a refund due to the flights being beyond expense in comparison to other airlines. Got told the current waiting time for a refund is 47 working days, which is over 9 weeks. So I booked tickets for Christmas 2020 to only get a refund in January 2023. Oh did I mention they're really hard to get the hold of? Don't even bother
