Worst customer service imaginable

I had to cancel a flight within 15 hours of booking (ie well within the 24h policy).

First of all, virtually impossible to get hold of anyone. Finally was assisted via Facebook Messenger. Took a full hour to cancel a flight, something that is done with the click of a button on other airlines’ websites.

Finally I was informed that the refund (approx $3,000) would take up to 47 WORKING DAYS to process.

Never experienced a worse service level.

Without any doubt, the first and LAST time I considered flying with LOT. Fortunately, there are lots of alternatives.
