Hinge

I have been using Hinge App for over then 3 years. When my mobile number changed the account was still active for almost a year. And then all of a sudden I can’t access to my account.

Hinge support was notified about this issue 3 weeks ago. However, they never contacted me other than the confirmation of receipt my email.

What kind of company is this?! To treat customers with such disrespect.
