Appalling customer service!
I ordered a bracelet for Christmas as a present for someone and the bracelet did not fit. I had to return it and I still have not received the refund, refund has taken ages… really incompetent company no regard whatsoever incredibly unprofessional,
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!! You would be better off going into store.
