Poor Experience

The whole Metricon pre- construction process is so frustrating. I have signed with a build contract with Metricon in April 22 and till today I haven't received a final contract and I have been advised the build is now looking to start in May. There is no sense of urgency from Metricon and I have continuous delays from their end.
Absolutely ridiculous and poor experience , god knows what will happen when they will start the build.
