Very bad airline

Very bad airline. I paid for business class from Lagos to Birmingham only to be left stranded at Heathrow. They never made proper arrangement for the bus service from London to Birmingham. Despite several calls and mails, they never responded until I copied the federal airport authority in one of the mails and just like magic, they responded but still no refund. I will never board them again.
