Terrible experience! Stay away!

I changed a flight and the information on the website and the amount that was charged to my card was very different. It ended up with me paying double for my ticket. The customer service staff at the other end of the phoneline and the emails gave me conflicting and incorrect information, but yet, they refuse to give my money back. I am disgusted by the service. They are clearly grabbing at straws to make ends meet and it is scary to have to fly with them!! After this VERY expensive economy class flight, I will never fly with them again!!
