7 years and still finding issues

Trying to seal the gap on my garage. Because the brick layers used blown bricks now my garage door won't close due to the sensor being triggered. Plus a load bearing wall crack has reappeared they won't do anything about it they have washed their hands. Please do not build with Mirvac they are terrible built homes.

Every time we use the washing machine the walls rattle. Was the same issue with the windows leaking the contractors are advised to use minimal material.
