Hard to deal with

Good luck trying to resolve problems regardless of how polite or nice you try to be. It didn't work for me. The process has changed from what it used to be back in 2006. Don't be surprised if you get ignored.

The majority of work appears to have been tendered out to the lowest bidders. Quality I found to be poor/substandard as a result. I would have preferred to have use Eden Brae in hind-sight.

Most display homes we saw were pre-basic therefore the finished product costs a lot more. Mirvac's certified inspector was a lot harsher than our local council and therefore cost us a considerable amount more having to implement designs that council told us they were no longer concerned with. Consequently Mirvac would not be flexible or co-operate.
On second thoughts, very little.
Bad warranty service, poor workmanship, extremely poor customer relations after handover.
