App Just Won't Let Me Register

I do like the occasional KFC and I wanted to continue getting my Blue Light discount, but they have changed the rules. You need to set up an account with their app. I'm happy to do this but the app just won't finish the registration despite all required fields filled. I have tried several times. This is very disappointing. It needs fixing before I will buy a KFC again.
