Cotton On

For five days now, I have attempted to purchase a pillow. Whenever I tried to 'Add to Bag' it wouldn't let me without asking me to 'Select a Size' which was impossible to do as that wasn't an option! I contacted Online Customer Services who said that it 'just means that it's out of stock'. No apology! No affirmation that they will remove from the online store ASAP! Nothing! And then all they had to offer was 'I'm sorry that you feel that way' - as if this is all my fault. I won't be shopping at Cotton On or any of their affiliated stores (such as Typo) again.
