Avoid at all costs!

I emailed back and forth with YSL as I needed help finding the correct shade and got replies within 24 hours. I bought the concealer but they sent the wrong shade. I sent it back a month ago and still havent got my refund. I've emailed so many times but i'm just straight up being ignored. I've emailed at least 30 times yet theres no sign of my refund! I'm going to have to contact my bank because this is ridiculous
