Such poor quality from a huge brand.
Pair of chain earrings at £275 delivered in a jumbled knot of two earrings. No reply from customer services email nothing at all.
Ratners gave better service and quality.
Such poor service, in fact zero service!!
I will never use this brand again and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one
