Very disappointed with service

My parcel was dispatched from Victoria on 23/3/22 and thereafter disappeared apparently. Several phone calls and emails assuring me all was under control then finally a call advising I had to pay an additional $150 if I wanted delivery. I thought this was a freight company and that is what they do. Deliver goods. In order to finally receive my goods I had to arrange delivery 40klms away and then drive to collect it today FIVE weeks after dispatch. The service I received was totally unacceptable and customer service no help either. I will not use or recommend this company again. Manuel
