Rotten meat in Harden IGA

Bought a cryovac leg of lamb for $33.72 in Harden IGA. Opened it with ten days left on the use by date. Totally rotten. Took it back to store, but no docket, no refund. The catch-22 point is that most of the time, to save paying for register rolls, this store does not even give you your docket. Who keeps their grocery docket until every item is consumed? I am a well known face there, shopping every day and spending around $250 a week. Will never return and will spread the word. A very poor business decision.
