Overcharging On Advertised Shelf Price!

Pink Lady apples, advertised on the shelf at $4.99. I got to the checkout and was charged $7.99. Not the first time. How many people have been ripped off by this SCAM and don’t know it. Old aged pensioners can’t afford this!!
