Warning not buy from Woolworths Online

Item purchased 20/1 with a delivery date of by 3/2 and still not received by 24/2. Service department gave no indication of any action and said they world contact us in 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Thankful we paid via PayPal and we have make a claim through their Resolution Centre. Do count on Woolworths to do anything.
