Pathetic service

I ordered shampoo and conditioner online in June last year, 7 months ago and as I was travelling overseas and wouldn’t receive in time, I called and cancelled and they advised that as it was posted out, and if I don’t accept the delivery, the funds will be returned back on my credit card. Funds was never returned on my account. Seven months later, I have called them up twice, emailed them, no response and it is almost 2 weeks now waiting to hear from them regarding the refund.
