Placed an order for a Sony Blu-Ray player which was in stock, they took payment from my account pretty quick.
2 minutes later I received an email.
Thanks for placing your order with us. However after careful review, we have decided to not accept your order. We apologise for any inconvenience. and may I add wasting my time.
Its took 48 Hrs to receive a refund.

Bought the same thing online through the Good guys, no problem.
Don't use Harvey Norman period!
