Awful customer service phone line

When you call 133282, it takes ages to talk to someone and if you're lucky enough to get through, it is very hard to understand what they say and their lack of information and the wrong information they provide you is unbelievable. Please train them and get the type of people that customers can understand them when they talk. My time and money is precious.
